I never understand these guys who keep hitting someone who's already unconscious on the ground.
They are probably the killing blows, hope he gets a long prison sentence.

These kind of idiots are the reason for our lockout laws...

There's 1st degree which shows intent and or premeditation.
2nd degree may not have been planned but his actions resulted in homicide..
He's fucked.

:D Too many American TV cop shows...

The whole essence of murder and the main part any prosecuting authority has to prove is that it was pre meditated, there has to be a clear pre meditated intend to kill someone for it to be Murder.

Murder = unlawful premeditated killing of one human being by another.

Reckless Endangerment would be more accurate and probably more appropriate in this case, but as you alluded Russia may have different laws.
