Default Eleonora dobrinina is the russian born bodybuilding phenomena known for being the mos

ELEONORA DOBRININA IS THE RUSSIAN BORN BODYBUILDING PHENOMENA KNOWN FOR BEING THE MOST SHREDDED WOMAN EVER, BUT SHE WASN’T ALWAYS BLESSED WITH SUCH AN INSANE BODY!

Eleonora Dobrinina gained a lot of weight when she became pregnant. Her hormones changed and she couldn’t stop eating. After giving birth she realised she had nearly doubled her weight. This took her on a path of wild transformation, and this is the results we see today!

One thing you notice with women working out is that their form is so much better than most blokes

That's very good Dark. I just realised that. Because they haven't got the Macho bravo attitude etc of trying to throw weights around???

It's also easier to teach women good form. They tend to listen better to instruction, and have better bodily awareness. They're also less likely to quit when it gets hard a few months in.

This is interesting, ultimately it comes down to how you relate to the person, how to teach and push, inspire in a way that they can relate.

women are very aware of their thighs and hip, they also squat very well, mostly.

Blokes really know how their biceps work and it is very important to add a bicep exercise into a workout.

some love me getting into their face and space, others react really well to compliments.

I'm talking about how easy it is to teach them a movement. Inspiration's another matter.

Blokes are more likely to be Unique Special Snowflakes. "I can't squat because..." and that sort of thing. I've been told that blokes are more likely to stick around if you individualise their programming. "Well, most people do 5 sets of 5, but you, you should do 3 sets of 8... and next cycle, do 3 sets of 5 and then a backoff set of 10." This makes it harder for them to compare their lifts to other guys and protects their delicate ego. "I'm special, see? I have a special programme."

I'm told this helps retain males in gyms better. I don't know, I haven't tried, because really I don't care. Years ago I wrote an article for the Starting Strength website, Managing Compromises. I don't have to do that any more. My gym's basically as busy as I want it to be, so I don't need to compromise.

I think it's simply because blokes have to deal with their ego and pride

With farm work most women are tougher than the guys. Most young blokes don't last very long and throw it in because it's too hard while the chicks keep working. Lol.

Probably. But I just don't care.

There are too many people out there keen to get stronger and improve their lives for me to be bothered with the half-arsed ones with delicate egos.
