G'day fellas
I'm looking for a training/gym buddy in Brisbane CBD. I live in South Brisbane and train in the early am but am open to change times.
I'm committed and focused and hoping to find a similar mate to train hard with.
Cheers

How about walking into a gym, and asking,,
That's how I found my first gym buddy.

I'm usually a solo trainer but having moved gyms a few times in the last year or so, I generally find a few guys striking up a conversation in the first week or so if you're both going at the same time consistently. Easy enough to find someone that trains in a similar manner...

Otherwise there's always Stiffy ;

Last time I was in South Brisbane (the suburb) was months ago. Plus, I now train in Parks at convenient times and locations.

South Brisbane (the Suburb) is close to were Headley lives. Not sure if he's interested.
