Here is me doing 10 hours of deadlifts in 10 seconds. Enjoy.


 
Just realised I didn't tear a bicep, blow out a herniated disc or rip the skin off my palms so I was basically taking a nap, hopefully I can critically injure myself in a future deadlift so as to exemplify a proper workout.

Yes, but you will need to put more on the bar than just a light warm up weight.

If that is you in the vid, maybe you should take up swimming. You have the physique and brute strength for it. I have been told its much more intense.

showdown melting down.no need to degenerate the thread.im only on the side of right and fair.i believe swimming is an easier sport to train and compete in.Powerlifting is much tougher mentally and physically.i was an excellent teenage athlete and a master lifter in my later years,my voice trumps yours.which sucks for you,stick to heavy pull ups br0.
