3x per fortnight for each exercise i use.
3-6 sets depending on intensity and volume of the session.

The only time I ever hurt my back was on one of those frequency systems. Straight back once a week for me.

Twice per week, lots and lots of volume.
Similar to a PPL so twice thru each week, 4 or 5 exercises, 4-5 sets

When I saw it I wondered who started this thread. The biggest stirrer in the place :D

Very good young fella. Can be a bit less depending on recovery etc.

I have two workouts both full body and low reps that I alternate each day as main workout . Then I usually do a quicker higher rep workout in the arvo before tea. Days off just come as they happen.

So a lot of days body parts get hit twice a day but the overall volume isn't that big.
