Haha. You don't lift anymore do you? Easiest way to lose weight when you've been lifting for a long time is to stop lifting (lose muscle mass).

For love nor money I couldn't get under 110kg (after starting around 67kg). I'd be 111kg with Abs, training everyday with 1 hour walking thrown in. As soon (over last Summer) as I stopped lifting I dropped right back to 105-106kg. Only started back with lots of Bodyweight stuff recently. Look like a Surfie now :D

Moral of the story: start lifting again Darky!!!!
