Those of you who are 'night-owls', have unique sleeping/work schedules and generally abnormal daily routines, how do you maintain healthy eating habits?
 
When I did night shifts in a brewery years ago I would eat massive amounts before bed at around 6.30am. Was never hungry when waking up around 2-3pm. Eat again around 5pm then train before heading to work again.
