Was unable to train for a week. If I was squatting or had a leg press machine, then sure I would've been able to do legs. However no upper body anything though. At one stage I became concerned that I may have done some nerve damage, as I could hardly bring my forearms towards my face, without a great feeling of heaviness. In a nutshell, I wouldn't do it again.

yep, this was the point I was getting at.

When I first started it, it was a Sunday, many many Moons ago. I had Martial Arts training the next night (Monday). I thought I'm gonna get my arse kicked at training, so after the third hour of the Arm routine I bailed.

I wonder how far in front you were, gains to the Arms (minor muscle group), atrophy to the other Muscle groups. Hard to know I guess.
