Yes it is very over rated. I am lighter on my feet and have more energy when i eat less protein. I think my body just doesn't digest excess protein, it slows me down.
 
I mean, you need less protein than you think.
Supp companies just want to sell you powder.

For an 90kg male, 150gm per day is more than enough.
 
@ 90kg 150g is easily more than enough, unless the khunt trains hard for 4 hours everyday which no-one does.
