Haha. I ate an entire family pizza and drank half a bottle of straight Suntory whisky last night. Had to balance it out. Hahahaha

Well thats okay then, pizza is an excellent source of carbs.

Depends on the day.

Only on weekends usually.

My typical pre-workout food is my usuall weekday food.

Usually eat 2-3 meals a day of:

250-400gm of grass fed mince.
50-90gm of white rice dry weight.
250-400gm of frozen veg.
1 can of Italian tomatoes.
30-60gm of red kidney beans or 4bean mix.

Thats literally what i eat every day.

Your pretty healthy mate. Couple your diet + your training routine = Very Healthy. A lot of people let one or the other slide.

I am on my 3rd day of gatorade and hydralyte tablets only.
Down 12kgs, being sick is the worst.

i poached my 12 egg whites in a glad bag zip lock bag. it works pretty good! :D and i has a big bowl of puffed corn with skim milk+ milo.

200g canned wild cauhgt salmon and big bowl of steamd brocolli with 100g oats mixed with honey, low fat milk, cinnamon and olive oil. a good meal to fill up my stomach and for building muscle wold only be better with steak instead of samlon.
