I forgot the add, there’s a wee bit of Almond milk with the oats. This helps soften them up overnight.
Yes Almond milk. I’m lactose intolerant and I am sick of farting, esp at work. I also use Lacteze before eating dairy.

2 boiled eggs with toast after birthday party last night. back on the diet to 84kg before fijji trip and many banquets with my pacific island brothers
 
Missus is desalinating me, so had:
Chicken, with NO salt ☹️
Burgers, with NO salt ☹️
Lamb bbq with NO salt ☹️
All fuken bland shit, think a heart attack would be less painful.

Thats absolutely disgusting mate, i really feel sorry for you now. Far out, salt is on my list of "Must Have's".

Don't cut the salt back to far mate cause salt is vital for the body to function and if it gets too low you'll start getting side effects.
