Left overs from last nights dinner which was Chicken stir fry.

Hoping the butcher has something good tomorrow to throw on the Weber, otherwise it will be something with mince meat.

Did not even make it to butcher, so mince meat it was.

Spicy mince and a large salad.

Did drop past Coles on the way home, Chicken Drum Sticks $3/kg, bought 4kg, 2kg marinated in Portugueses Chilli Marinade, and 2 kg marinated in Teriyaki Marinade.

So I will put a kilo of each on the Weber tomorrow arvo and a kilo of each in the freezer for next time.

Half butterflied marinated chicken with skin on plus winter vegetables with melted cheese.

I have 2kg of marinated chicken drum sticks in the Weber since 5pm cooking indirectly over lump charcoal, will be eaten with a big bean and chilli salad.
