Stats: 27, 165cm, 75kg, 13% BF


Looking for suggestions for my first cycle. My goal is to try and add some lean mass. I started a 500mg Test E cycle a year or so ago but copped an unrelated virus not even halfway through, had to start PCT early and come off.


I've been wanting to try again for some time now. Had my blood work done by a very helpful doctor who specializes in helping bodybuilders, and he's given me the green light to go ahead. He's recommended 250mg Test E / 200mg Equipoise each week. I trust this doctor as he comes highly recommended, but from my research I feel like the dose may be too low, especially the EQ. He also recommended I blast and cruise, but I'm thinking of just doing a single cycle first and reassess where I'm at.


I've done a shitload of research over the past few years, but dosage & cycle recommendations vary so widely everywhere I look.


Wondering what you guys would suggest? I like the sound of EQ and it's safety profile, but I've heard very mixed reviews on the effectiveness of this compound.

Pretty sure that's par for the course. Most newbs get the Test flu first time around don't they.
 
You had Test flu, usually goes away after a few days.

Test Is good At 400-500mg per week (injected twice a day) anything around 250 is just a tad higher original test levels
Equipoise is a good steroid to bulk but you don't need it, i'm sure test would work wonders if you done it by itself.

lol a doctor recommending a veterinary steroid lmao, wonders never cease.

EQ at a low dose is around the 400mg pw mark. And despite what many boards say, eq does come with side effects, i know this first hand;)

I too wouldn't trust that "doctors" recommendation.

Yeah, what would a doctor know that specialises in this stuff...go with what some random dude on the net says and inject away, what could possibly go worng:p
 
I guess those dosages are used for bodybuilding purposes and not for recreation. So really theres 2 things.
Are you competing for bodybuilding?, did you know many bodybuilders dont make suffecient money in comparison to the drugs they use and you would probably require more food, drugs , timed eating e.tc so for the average guy working to make a living, looks bad.

Secondly, are you doing it for vanity ? If your doing it for that then you have serious psychological problems, probably social media, social networks of trying to be what's seen in movies i don't know?. see a therapist and rectify why you feel you have to be using underground drugs to look a certain way so you can be happy? Want to intimidate people or for self protection ? when i was 18 they put me in the military for 2 years compulsory service so we did lots of knife training. You intimidate the wrong person and he has a weapon your large un functional muscle won't save you or a person who is trained in military or other unarmed combat methods, you'll be a nice target but for them. I can only think vanity and doof doof drug festivals.

Everything you do to your body know will affect you later on, Mentally and physically. Stay fit and body build theres no rush , you don't have to look like those idiots that look huge, their going to be really sick later on.

Remember free testosterone is what counts and my blood results showed with my doctor that even 0.5ml a week had an effect of only total testosterone 32 nmol Range ( 0-28) and free testosterone of 1390 range ( 0-300 )
no side effects and small gains but no shift in lipids, but this was a couple years ago.
