Honestly, I think it is waaaaay too much bicep and tricep dedicated work and not enough chins/pull-ups - unless you have a mobility issue... Though judging by exercise selection you don't.

I'd drop one complete day of biceps out, and sub in chins. Would probably cut the other day to 2-3 exercises - lots of pulling means less biceps. Focus on the pulling instead.

I'd trim both lots of tricep work to 2ish exercises, considering your pressing volume .

I probably wouldn't do rows and fatigue my lats in the couple days before deads - but your muscular fatigue and recovery process might be much quicker than mine.
