Do any of you guys do farmer's walks?Do you increase weight or distance or both as you improve??
 
I did them religiously for about 15 years, but I did them as a finisher and boy, they did.
i maintain a distance (30 mtr) and increase the weight.

so good for the upper back, arms and guts.
 
Great exercise. They just make you strong all over. Hard to think of a better all round strengthening exercise.
