that would be a dream come true
The other side of that same coin is the reality for someone else. That is to say, there are many (the unseen and unheard masses) who struggle to put on weight (not just muscles) due to possessing a very fast metabolism.

That ought to make you (and others in the same situation as you) reflect a bit on this reality, because it is a reality and not a dream. It all begins with your attitude Your first thought .

How you view food and how you view exercise is key. It's not impossible to become a fat burning machine when your metabolism is slow to begin with, but it does take discipline and some conscious thinking on your part. I say conscious application of thought is very much needed here to counteract and overwhelm your subconscious mind, where all the external influences of our society have been locked in.

I believe that a winning formula (for whatever you wish to achieve) would be to start compartmentalising, that is the breaking down of things into little pieces and dealing with them in that way, instead of taking on a huge lump (of whatever it is) and getting seriously overwhelmed physically and psychologically by its sheer magnitude.

Tarasoft, begin by focusing on good food. By which I mean, most of your shopping should be from the butcher, fishmonger or greengrocer. Less from the packeted sections of the supermarket.

Once you are eating mostly good food (mostly - you're a person, not a monk) then you look to your lifting. If you're feeling good and getting stronger, all good. If you start tanking out or your lifts get stuck, then you probably need more of that good food.

At some point it may become physically hard to get enough good food into you. And that's where this powdered stuff comes in: a normal-sized steak may have as much protein as a couple of scoops of powder in water, but it's a lot easier to consume the shake. Of course the steak has other good stuff in it, too, which is why I say try to eat the good food first before messing with other stuff.

Eat food simply because it tastes better. Fuck if you need more calories eat of the higher calorie foods. Nuts, eggs, fatty meat ect.

Oats 50g
Peanut Butter 2 table spoon
Fullcream Milk 600ml
Whole Banana
Icecream 1/2 cup
Protein Powder 2 scoops

= 1134 calories

Tastes delicious in a smoothie, far denser than store bought mass gainers, more calories, more protein, more carbs, more fats.
You can manipulate to suit your macro nutrients. Add raw egg for extra calories!
