What you grow on your Chest you also grow on your Back. From my experience Chix don't mind Chest hair but can be a bit unsympathetic to Back hair.

But, on all matters of a romantic nature, I'll humbly defer to Ausbb's resident Casanova @Grunta;
 
He'd have to be like a sphinx wouldn't he?

I do however also picture him rollyn the near on half unbuttoned shirt, gold chain and hair puff poking out the top

I'm not hairy bro, got no hair on back at all, just a little bit b/w pecs, I just trim it a little, looks natural.
