I have a 1.5 lt bottle and usually get through most of it, even more when it's hot in my garage and I'm sweating balls. :D
Yeah home gyms are a byach
to hot in summer
to cold in winter
but so much better then commercial because you train what you want
and don't have to wait for anybody

Training for fun doesn't cut it anymore? [emoji53]
You bring up a very good point Adrian. I'd love to just train like so many people do..., for fun, for enjoyment, etc. I know that I take this aspect of my life a bit more seriously than some, (and I've been told about it), however I've learnt the meaning of perfection being the enemy of good (as far as bodybuilding is concerned), and that helps me balance my approach to what and to why I'm doing what I'm doing. If something has been working for you, do it, until you find a better alternative.
