Stevia isnt even sweet.
It's actually bitter. Dunno why it's used as a sweetener.
Don't use so much. Once you go over a certain amount, it tastes crappy.
Nothing wrong with sugar. Just that modern "low fat" foods, and just about everything processed, has sugar in it so we over do it. But 2-6 teaspoons a day in drinks is not a problem if everything else is unprocessed.
Lets face it, nothing tastes as good as sugar. Everything else is second best. Its like butter substitutes. Its all crap and probably bad for you. Butter tastes so good and, in moderation, is not harmful.
