Eating enough is the easy part for most people.

Yerp, cos 90% of the gym population never trains hard enough. Brian is 203 cm tall and weighs 195 kg. He also competes as a strongman (and we know what sort of training those crazy phukkas do), had been world's strongest man 3x and generally is in a universe far different from Sixpack Cyril who spends more time looking at the mirror than doing his tricep kickbacks on a bosu ball.

Horses for courses. Or maybe that should be "half a horse for the main course". Phark, I'm hilarious.

Exacty what I am saying. Eating enough is not what is holding back most people who train.

Not debating what Brian Shaw is doing. The bloke is barely human, he can keep doing what he is doing.
