Thread clean up in aisle 6 pls Sherk.

Back on topic. I think it's the left ventricle that can only be improved by Aerobic exercise.

I've started thinking about this and how I'll go being as old as Sherk one day. While I recently used Tabata to improve my Cardio I don't think long term it is the solution. Neither do I think Long Slow Distance (LSD) is the solution.
Maybe supersetting everything and eliminating rest periods. But even that doesn't adhere to the Science.

I remember hearing NRL Players say 400m tests were the worst. You're basically trying to sprint the whole way, which is impossible for most. When I've done em, to the point of heart pounding, lungs burning and guts about to throw up, that's when I've experienced some of the best "cardio gains". Better than the old Hill Sprints I used to do.
Loving cardio again.
