300kg natural for deadlift is attaining for a fair amount of people, imho.

in any case, my view is that sound training principles apply to all, gear or no gear.

There is a significant difference in recoverability though. I agree that most of the advice and techniques will be beneficial to both type of lifters. But there needs to be acknowledgement that there is a difference.
