Also she throws away the egg yolks due to cholesterol. I thought we've all moved on from that cholesterol myth.
 
pretty stupid to throw yolks away, me think. Lee Haney maintained 3 whole eggs per day when dieting; that is what he said at seminar.

i know.. Chucking away 150 yolks a week. Seems wasteful.
 
what 150 egg whites a week, now that is a waste of time and money. But bb's are the masters of diet, are they not?
 
If one needs that many eggs then surely find an alternative protein source. Maybe an extra shake or 2 or up the chicken portions.

I can understand not requiring that many yolks, that's an extra 750g of fat per week that's not required, but yeah, just from a waste/ethical standpoint find an alternate source of protein.
