Hey all,

Something I've never really used before are lifting straps or wrist supports. Is there a combination of both?
I've seen Jay Cutler using them on his snapchat, and they seem pretty decent.
More the point practical when it comes to safe guarding my wrists and dainty white palms.
I'm not going to use to often, but would be good to know I have some in my bag if I ever need them.

What do you guys use? Or do you know of some nice ones?

Thanks
Daniel

Get hook and tail straps not figure eight. Figure 8 are a pain to get on and you can't get a tight grip.

I don't use wrist support.

They are a bit of a pain but I like that you can't get a tight grip. Then you're not 100% relying on the straps and still training your grip somewhat.

I bought a set of figure 8s once by mistake and I just cut one side to fix them.

Good thinking. I might do tne same with the mistakes I bought. Sitting in the drawer taking up space.

I have a pair of these and the 36" ones. The 24's are probably long enough, depends how much support you need. Only use them for heavy bench work which I haven't done for a fair while.

And these. Only use them on heavy rows, everything else my grip suffices. Their leather ones would probably be bullet proof but I'm yet to see any signs of wear on the fabric ones. More than long enough

Thanks all for your suggestions will add some of these to the cart in a week or so. Will be good to have on board.

I've never used them, but the look like a pain in the ass.

These are the most durable one's you'll find.

Fuck*ng left mine in the gym last Monday. Saw a dude with them on Wednesday and I thought, oh he's got the same ones as me. Went to use mine on Thursday, then it clicked.... Waiting to see old mate again...

I've done that twice in the last couple of months, fucking annoying. Lucky they're cheap. You'd think someone would hand them in, but to have the nerve to then use them in the gym, that's another level.
