I have a foam roller and rumble roller, but have not used them in ages.

But when ever I do use them I think that I should do it more often.

Daily is a bit excessive. I'll do it If I'm tight or have doms but can't get the knots or pressure points like my masseuse can (and no, it's not sven)

I no rikey the foam rollers, but I do enjoy a softball now and again if I get muscle spasms, it really hits the spot.

I was doing daily to help my patellar tendinopathy. These days that im on top of it maybe 2-3 times a week or as I feel needed.

Yes, weekly. I find that it really bruises my ITB so don't do it more than once a week.

Foam rolled almost daily when I was running 60km a week, these days maybe once every two weeks when I remember
