Yes I do, actually he was both because you can't be a muslim terrorist and not have a mental illness.

Remember, his wife knew about his plans, she was with him casing potential targets out and when he was buying the weapons for the attack.

When he received a letter regarding his application for ISIS membership that stated:
"due to the large number of applicants who are not gay, ISIS regrets that your application has NOT been successful"
he went bonkers went it alone.
