Muscles is a sign of health, especially as you age. Granted overly muscular women (and men) defeats the purpose on more levels than one, but some like to live in the moment without paying much thought and consideration to anything beyond that point. I can appreciate and understand that as I was also in my teens and 20s/30s once.

Sometimes (most times) I'm concerned about how top athletes take in their fan's encouragements, and perhaps raise the bar higher (placing more undue stress onto their body) when they would have otherwise not done so. So it's all about striking a balance and being in control of one's own self, whilst giving the fans what they like and respect you for on the other hand Nikko.
