All the templates listed by you are very good, do one which appeals to you most and get started, you don't need a coach or PT.

Actions verify priorities

there is is enough evidence to suggest that starting a weight lifting program at any age will have huge benefits and in some cases life saving.

do a bit of reading, and if you are serious (which I don't believe you are) do yourself a favor and buy "keys to progress"

This looks realistic to me.

as I said no need for any tutoring just start lifting, if you work hard enough and rest enough, you'll add a bit of muscle quite quickly.

Yeah no need for coach or PT.
I've never had a one and I think I do alright. Practice with minimal weight until you are happy with form.

You'll progress a helluva lot quicker with a good coach but doing it at your own pace you will still be able to get somewhere as long as you refrain from making too many of the mistakes a lot of newbs tend to make, and then getting frustrated by it.
