    All the templates listed by you are very good, do one which appeals to you most and get started, you don't need a coach or PT.

    just get going and report back now and again.

    im assuming you are young.

    Yeah no need for coach or PT.
    I've never had a one and I think I do alright. Practice with minimal weight until you are happy with form.

    You'll progress a helluva lot quicker with a good coach but doing it at your own pace you will still be able to get somewhere as long as you refrain from making too many of the mistakes a lot of newbs tend to make, and then getting frustrated by it.
