Give these a go and you won't waste your time with any other upper chest focused exercises.

Unless of course you're one of those people who like arguing over semantics and don't step foot into a gym or train. If you're one of those people, I await your nonsense replies.

I get a nice pump in me upper chests from doing cable flyes with the pulley's set as high as they can possibly go.

Some need to just work it out themselves, actually- that's most of us.
we read a few books young guns, workout for 5 minutes and then think we have the answers, those to oppose have never worked out.

it takes years and years for it to be humbling, especially when those of us carry many silly injuries and niggles.

at 54 I've just received a bout of runners knee (not from running) so no leg work ATM which is totally frustrating, it getting better.

I've talked about biomechanics and movements (bad versus good )
We all know you cannot change the shape of a muscle, the pec does attach at certain areas, but all those fibers insert to one position under the arm.
conceivably one could work the "upper, middle and lower portion, would that be enough to change the shape?
i don't think so.
or maybe you need to use a lighter weight because of the awkward angle, this is most likely.

size is stimulated by load and work, not my changing angles.
