12kms isn't that bad as a one off. About the same as any other cardio session that would take you an hour and a bit.
 
12km should be ok Shrek! Good to set a goal and really go for it!! Lots of stretching and massages will help. There's lots of 'my first half marathon/fun run' programs on the net that are easy enough to stick to if you're really committed!! Go for it mate!!! [emoji106][emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]
 
A one off 1 hour cardio session isn't going to do anything. It's not like they're sprinting the whole way. You body is more capable than you give it credit for.

No, the average body is more capable. C_un_T is not average so it would be completely plausible for his frail bones to give way after 1 hour.
 
us true bodybuilders putt more than 1hr into our legs, to have them tax legit gains for an hour... your just showing you don't have a body, nor do you train hard...
