So the rules are for anyone who has been penalised by wada? But if someone hasn't competed in a sport under WADA, yet admit to use of banned substances then associating with them is fine?

Yes. You have to be drug tested, found to be using then banned. Then you are a "no go, no show" individual.

So its OK to go to a Dan Green or Lillibridge seminar. Or ANY non PA lifter seminar who has not been banned.

Is that even legal, a sporting body (and I use the term very loosely) telling you who you can talk to and what events you can attend
Who you can associate with if you want to remain a member of their association, yes.

If you're not a member, do what you like. One of many reasons I am not involved with Powerlifting Australia.

But if you do join it, their fed, their rules.

Yep. Its like the NRL. They have standards. Do drugs, get drunk, dry hump a dog, fuck your friends girlfriend at a party, use PEDs, just don't get caught, cos then they have to pretend to be all shocked and think of some lame arse excuse to prevent the player from being banned or, heaven forbid, lose a sponsor.

So, if you want to be a PA member, you gotta follow the rules. If you don't like it, join one of the other feds that are "drug free" (according to their constitution) or let stuff slide. Like squat depth.

That's it. All feds, all sports, each have their own stupid bullshit. You choose the one whose bullshit is least annoying to you. If you can't stand any of them, then you just lift on your own or go to the park and play kick to kick or something.
