Is it normal to bleed (as if I'm on my period) after intense exercise? It only happens with certain movements (a great example that comes to mine is if I go on a swing set). The doctor said it's normal to happen but I thought something like that would stop after 6 months or so.

Mate you don't want to be asking this in this forum. Go to a female health forum or stick with seeing obs/gyn doctor.
Reason being this is not "Normal" but when it comes to female health there is rarely a "Normal".

We would need to know
-what exercises
-was there pain
-have you had kids
-are you on birthcontrol and what kind
-what else in your life could be affecting this
-where in your cycle are you

plus more with those answers, and even if you answer them WE still cannot answer it. If you dont like what the doctor said go to another and get a referral to specialist doc not GP.

1. Mainly core exercises. But Always if I am on a swing
2. sometimes but I could be mistaking it for normal muscular soreness
3. No kids
4. No birthcontrol as I have bad reactions to the pill and I don't like the idea of messing my hormones up.
5. I have no idea
6. My cycle doesn't seem to effect it.

Reide you completely ignored the vital part of my response.

Regardless of your answer WE CAN NOT give you an answer. You need to see a specialist if you do not like what your doctor told you.

I didn't ignore it. I just was responding to the questions. I do actually understand your post. I just was hoping it was a normal occurrence like my doctor suggested because I've seen two doctors so far over it. They both said exercise causes women to have early periods but this wasn't exactly period like.

The questions were an example of the in depth nature of your issue, which is why I believe no one can help you here.

If you do not like the doctors response seek a specialist referral.

Out ✌
