hi folks, I decide to join ausbb for the simple fact of share my opinion and have heaps of others.
I live in Sydney, and i've been lifting for 4 years, 2 seriously.
Im 6.3ft and 100kg with 7%bodyfat, i find out that i feel better results working out twice per week each muscle maybe with multi exercise instead of doing each bodypart once a week.
Have done a cycle few months ago, test prop 300mg for 8weeks with clomid but exept for libido, recovery, strengh and endurance i havent got any substancial weight gains, even though i upped my cal, pro and carbs
Any tips on training, supps? cheers appreciated

I'm just here for the entertainment, don't really share much about training, but welcome anyway.
 
I've come to the belief that what we do only appeals to a certain personality.

When you say "what we do" what do you mean. Lifting weights or talking garbage on this forum.
