Raw liver.

Man up. Its great.

I heard if you actually blend a small nutri bullet in a large nutri bullet you get 10 x nutrition...

No the question was 'what is the single most nutritious food to add to a shake every morning', it's pretty basic English most primary school kids would understand.

Milo would not even rate as a mildly nutritious food, what is nutritious about milo??
