No the question was 'what is the single most nutritious food to add to a shake every morning', it's pretty basic English most primary school kids would understand.

Milo would not even rate as a mildly nutritious food, what is nutritious about milo??

Hey hey. Big Mick Mock.

Let me guess. Dropping in to let us know how much you hate the place and how dumb everyone is.

Milo was sarcastic, as there is no such thing as the most nutritious food. But I'm for sure not having liver or tuna in a shake. I eat my food anyway. I don't even have milo anymore.

Everyone knows that the most nutritious food is broccoli. You get the nutrients from the plant plus from all the little bugs that live in the leaves.

Chuck a bit of Milo in too because it tastes better than bugs.

I think the bugs taste better than the broccoli.

I had some pretty tasty bugs in my last trip to Thailand. They deep fry it so its nice and crispy. Man, that crunch followed by its filling oozing into my mouth has got to be full of protein. So I reckon a couple of those in mah nutribullet would be hell nutritious.

Yeah. He hung out a lot with that slut Galadriel. She was pumping cream cheese after those orcs got her at the nightclub.

Incl cream pie?

So Good unsweetened Coconut milk, hand full of ice cubes, large scoop of True Protein Chocolate protein powder (got it for free when I wrote a review on their products) and a tea spoon of pure cacao, throw in NutriBullet and blend till smooth, not sure it's the most nutritious thing, but it tastes like desert and has plenty of protein and no bad stuff, fairy low in cals as well.

Coconut milk can be replaced with normal milk or water or skim milk if you prefer.

Another good one is ½ water ½ milk (about 100-150ml of each), ice cubes, large scoop of vanilla protein powder (have Maxes at the moment, also a freebee) and cinnamon powder to taste....delicious.

Again water can be replaced with skim milk, normal milk, soy milk etc etc up to you.

Coconut water is also a good replacement. I've done that with Rice protein cos mixing it with milk makes it too gooey.
