    dont do anything directly targetting grio strength.

    Grip in right hand much stronger than left for some reason.

    Eating Maccas also helps according to some.

    shrugs and hex bar farmers walks are good for time under tension with maximal weights , use alot of chalk etc.....
    yet to try out what ed shows here toward the end holding one barbell at a time https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-febRoO0gG0
