Update on remedy.

Saw physio who did dry needling, massage, said that problem was with my upper back, and I was compensating with right arm when doing heavy squats, and advised some stretches; basically foam roller this

Then I researched and found physio stating easy fix for shoulder imbalance problem, do this, though not with head on anything, superior knee stays in contact with the ball, allowing the upper back to do the opening up. If you don't use the ball, your lower back does all the twisting and doesn't fix anything. Though you have to keep your gaze on your superior hand as it goes from left to right, not straight up as he is doing. Inferior leg can be straight as well, don't have to sandwich ball inbetween legs. Important thing is superior Thigh is parallel to the floor.
