This is Maggie Russell.
She’s 20 years old, trains every day for four hours and only eats 1,100 calories.
Seeing as we are never going to put ourselves through that regime, looking at these pictures is the closest we’ll get to knowing what we’d look like doing the same.
Thankfully she’s not planning on doing this forever (because that definitely wouldn’t be healthy) but it’s all in preparation for a bodybuilding competition this Saturday.
Almost 15,000 people are following her updates on Instagram as she gets ready for the World Beauty, Fitness and Fashion competition in Australia.
She is now at the end of her ‘depletion week’, which means she hasn’t eaten any carbohydrates and exercised twice a day in an attempt to get her body fat down and show off muscles, the Gold Coast Bulletin reported.
Whether you think people look better skinny or curvy there’s no doubting Maggie’s dedication to achieving the body beautiful.
And she’s used to taking down the haters, posting slogans like:
‘People will stare. Make it worth their while.’

‘I train six days a week with weights and seven days a week cardio, twice a day,’ she said. ‘It’s very intense.’
Another one of her Instagram posts makes a good point: ‘How to be happy? Stop comparing yourself to others.’
It might seem counter-intuitive given she’s about to enter a competition based on judging other people but either way it’s a rule we could all live by.

Pretty sure she's been using a corset as well... no way anyone can get that V with diet and accentuating the shoulders alone.

Not hawt.

Agree with above.

Don't want my lady to be carrying me into the bedroom.

1,100 cals a day and training for 4 hours? ...
