Hey guys I've got a home gym ready minus a power rack that I am still shopping for... my total area is 4x4m I have full dumbell rack full barbell racks (will probably sell most of these barbells) and a bench.
I'm almost inclined to go a half rack like Rogue HR-2 because I think it has no drawbacks to a full power rack and the shorter column spread takes up less room in the middle of my home gym.
I'm also particularly after a rack I can deadlift over and use bands to add resistance (another reason why the HR-2 appeals to me)
I need it for squatting benching deadlifting military pressing ... will likely get one of those ecino pulley systems from sams fitness for cable pulley exersizes - unless I buy a seperate powertec lat pulldown/low row machine but buying a ecino pulley and then a second would allow me to do have a makeshift cable crossover using the beams in my shed
Rogue look like the best rack for my needs but does anyone have any other recommendations though that can utilise resistance bands for deadlifts?
Thanks
