It's OK, Maths wasn't a strong point for me either. I'm not too bad with a calculator though! ;)

Thanks for clearing that up. I see what I done there. I added 250g instead of the1kg Bcaa.Apologies.
Regardless I'm still sold on your products and waiting for my delivery of goodness to arrive.

Definitely not but I remember him testing the waters on how much to have before he could 'feel' it doing anything and settled on about 20g. At that stage I was only have about 2g so upped it to 5 and then 10. Can't see it doing any harm at that amount as I don't run it constantly

your only as good as your digestive system, so glutamine will improve the gut. BUT it depends on your diet. then bcaa's, are you bulking or dieting? big difference...

Apart from BCAA's used in fasted/morning training, what difference does it make with the bulk v diet?
