Okay, time for a little fun...step away from the computer!

This is a 3-second trial at most...

For those of you that can already bend and touch your toes whilst standing, try this variation and post up how you get on.



  • Stand, legs together.
  • Contract/Engage quad muscles. (maintain the contraction of the quads throughout)
  • Bend and touch toes.




Not many people do it this way, probably because they've never been informed to do it with contracted quads.
