This weeks topic: Meal Timing
· Do you structure your meals in any way? How?
· What are your thoughts on pre, intra, and post workout nutrition?
· How important do you believe meal timing to be?
· Any other questions/comments regarding the topic.

usually during the week when im at work i am pretty much like clockwork with meals, 7:00, 9:15, 11:30, 1:30 which is post workout, snack at 3:30 dinner 6:30, then come weekends usually only 3 meals for the day sometimes only the 2 and far less cals coz im always busy.

Just eat when hungry. Although I aim for 3 meals and one shake. Maybe 2 shakes if I have not met protein requirements.

Most of the time around 4000 calories.
Most common times for eating are 7am, 11am, 1pm, 5pm, 9pm
By the last meal should have less than 700 remaining if all goes to plan.
Not too worried about meal timing, but I'm always hungry so it doesn't worry me I'm eating all day.
Postworkout is usually a full meal or just some sugars.

I have a rough total daily caloric goal and I'll try to hit that.

To get to that goal I have small meals, snacks and protein shakes. So there's a lot of flexibility there if I want to have a big lunch or dinner.

Then only food/sups that are hard set is my intra and post workout. Intra will just be a BCAA sup in a shaker of water. Post will always be a scoop of protein powder, a scoop of dextrose and 5g of creatine.
