2 slices of irrewarra sour dough toasted with real butter, one with Vegemite, the other has Dalfours cherry jam and 2 small cups of brewed coffee with full cream milk.
 
Well usually I don't train straight after breakfast so doesn't matter but my standard breakfast is eggs, 2 whole eggs and 2 egg whites, occasionally I will have it a piece of light rye toast with real butter
 
200g whites, 1 whole egg, 70g oats, 300ml milk, 125g apple, 100g bacon with SF maple syrup, 2 pieces grain toast with promite and PB, black coffee. 1150 cal, 81P, 32F, 122C erry morning (except when dieting). My favourite meal of the day.
 
About 2 hrs before a 2 scoop protein shake with oats and blueberries and maybe a quest bar a little after. Its very quick to prepare obviously. Love my nutri ninja.
 
Before i hit the gym i eat carbs but alternately carbs today or cereals and i alternately do this with juice both fruits and veggies. I just follow what my wife would prepare she's into juicing since she had this juicer (lifespring) as a gift so i just drink what she has for me. usually green leafy or apples and carrots combine. Its the same effect i'm full and energetic.
