Hey there!

Before we get to our Product of the Month, we've got an extra special treat for you... our flat rate shipping has been cut from $12 to just $7!

It doesn't matter how big your order is or in which far flung part of Australia you live, with Bulk Nutrients your shipping will always be $7. Neat!

We've made some price adjustments in the last month to around two dozen ofour products. You may notice some prices are a little higher, while some are a little lower. These changes come down to the cost of raw ingredients -- and as always, we've worked hard to give you the best possible value for money!

But enough about prices, lets talk free stuff...

We recently sent 10 of our 38 staff to a black tie dinner in central Hobart for the Tasmanian Telstra Business Awards. This event was the culmination of an in depth application and interview process, and we were thrilled to even make it as a finalist.

Nerves were high as our category (medium business) drew closer, but we're ecstatic to say that Bioflex (Bulk Nutrients' parent company) won the 2015 Tasmanian Medium Business of the Year Award!

In the short time that NO3X was available from Bulk Nutrients, it gathered a passionate following. Die hard customers were sad that we pulled it from the shelves last month, and to be honest, we were too.

However, we were lucky that setting our own date to remove NO3X from ourpreworkout lineup gave us a head start on creating a replacement product…

Introducing NO4X, Bulk Nutrients’ preworkout that continues the evolution of the much loved NO3X!

NO4X uses identical amino acid ratios to NO3X and continues the use of nitric based amino acids for maximum vasodilation. The key difference is NO4X’s potent stimulant combination, which includes Caffeine, Higenamine, Choline, N Methyl Tyramine and Norsynephrine.

Trials have indicated it’s a little smoother than NO3X, but still lets you get the most from your workouts with its powerful punch!

Available now $33 for 30 serves

Ever wondered what the difference is between our WPI and our WPC?

Whether you're nervous about your first comp, or you're a seasoned pro, Alicia and Brian share their wisdom to get your body in the right shape for a competition.

Alicia kicks us off with her top three tips for when you're considering entering a competition:

[*]Focus on the end goals. Don't get caught up with the journey, comparing yourself to others or chasing instant gratification. The process takes time, but if you trust in it, good things will happen!
[*]Choose your coach wisely - make sure they are experienced with proven results and always have a focus on health first.
[*]Research your federation and division extensively. Make sure you know what is being looked for in regards to conditioning & presentation.

And in the final few weeks before a comp, Brian advises you to pay close attention to...
[*]Cardio - Don't over do it. Listen to your body and if you feel the need to back off, do it.
[*]Carbs - Ask yourself what are the right carbohydrates for me and when should I be consuming them? It's quite possible you can add some carbs back into your diet and still lose weight.
[*]Sleep - Once again, listen to your body and get some well earned rest. Supplements are available that can help you do this, but be cautious that you don't over sleep as it can have detrimental effects believe it or not.

"a little smoother than NO3X".. means not very strong at all, rite? :p

No3X wasn't exactly known for its CNS cuddle with a struggle effects, unless you go the extra scoop.

Hi, Jungnaut.

It's not exactly what we had in mind when we described it as "smoother." When NO3X came on and AMP Citrate was in full swing, it would normally come on pretty fast but then also die fast and in some cases, depending on the user, could leave with a drained feeling because of this quick peak then fast drop.

A "smoother" feel will generally be something that comes in over a longer period of time and dies off the same way. There is normally little to no crash this way but less of the fierce "kick in."

How fried the CNS / Adrenal Glands are with overuse of stimulants will play a large role as to how it would compare with NO3X. Not all agreed with AMP Citrate as good as effective as it was in replacing DMAA.
Some only ever used NO3X on "Hard CBF days" rather than everyday so a tolerance never built up past half a serve with a handful that I know of. Many never past a single serve. Tolerance and past usage comes in to play heavily.

We'll certainly be gathering as much feedback on NO4X as possible over the next few weeks!

Cheers.

Bulk Nutrients; thanks for responding to my tongue in cheek comment lool. Well, I totally agree that AMP's tolerance builds annoyingly superfast. Let's hope the NO4X won't be like that.

You guys have samples of NO4X available? I like to try some now that I am thinking about it :p

For anyone interested. Ordered protein matrix (choc and coffee), BN have really nailed their flavours over the past couple of years, has a creamy taste with it, and mixes well. For a couple bob more than WPC I would say it is worth it
