hey I was also no belt and no wraps and to depth and even on a harder bar that throws you forwards lol
 
fister, I was hoping you could go in press comp as well.

clean it first, and you get an extra 2.5kg for scoring.
 
yes, but I can only front squat 20kg more than I press. Me very sad and bad.

Even sadder my back squat would be about 20kg more than Front Squat with my current physiological quirks and I can't OHP 100 atm even with a 177.5kg T&G bench.

At least there are still one or two planes of movement that don't hurt too much.
