Yup gonna start incorporating them into my lifts maybe once a week bro
Do them twice a week. or even better 3 times. Low volume each session. Start with say 12-16 reps. Done in sets of whatever you want....just make them reasonably hard but not to failure. Say 2 reps left in the tank sort of hard. 2 reps, 4reps, 6reps, whatever. Just do a different rep range each session up to a total of 16ish reps. Increase a little over time. You'll be less shit at front squat in 4-6 weeks. Guaranteed! Haha.

Okay gonna try this every leg day in my PHAT program once I start it thanks bro :)

Lots of coaches don't seem to be a fan of high rep front squats? The dramas of fatigue in the front rack position being hell dangerous and all that chit..

My 110kg front squat from last saturday, with belt & velcro knee sleeves - hope it still counts! 89.9kg bw, 43yo.
Pretty sure I got parallel. I then tried 115kg, but it didn't happen.

Looks parallel to me.
Well done. [emoji106]

Starting to get a few names on the board now. I hope to get myself up there soon, this week is probably a good week actually to do get my entry in. Front squats are not something that adds greatly to my fatigue unless done to death...and bench is the only lift ive hit a high intensity with this week.

Stay tuned.

First front squat session in a year today.
160kg no belt. Morning weight 78kg

Stay tuned
