Ill be doing some front squat work for a month or two from mid December. Might play around and test it at the beginning and end of the block or blocks.

Anyone in here still using the front squat? If so how is it going for you?.

Have reintroduced FS the last couple of months since starting new program. It is an exercise I find to be very enjoyable.

Also. Nice little challenging lift. Ill be following fadis original advice and using no more than 3 reps per set.

This meso the lowest for me is 10, highest is 20. Will reduce the lows to 6 next meso which will be a nice reprieve.
 
I always liked the front squat. I do the SSB which feels like a front squat but you have the bar on your back.
