How has your progress been going?

well current goal is more not to become a fat bastard which i think i am achieving since i dropped about 2kg recently so trying to keep that off, lifting been quite consistant which has been good and workouts been good which i have increased intensity by reducing the time of rests and fitting in an additional exercise or doing an extra set to fill in the time, no focusing so much on weight i lift so no pb's.
 
Trying to lose a bit of blubb at the moment. Have lost a lot of bloat in the last week, only dropped about a kilo or so but feel like I'm fading away. I hate cutting, why can't I just bulk forever? :(

Could easily clean up the diet more but I love my carbs too much. Might just start skipping brekky and not eating till lunchtime.

Have hit a PR on my bench this week but I think that will be the end of PR's for a bit while I cut.
