How low do you go with BTN presses? I can drop them right down similar to a high bar squat position but not sure if that is optimal or not lol

Go as low as you can, over time depending on your shoulder girdle the ROM will increase, that's the whole idea of weightlifting, Increased strength means increased flexibility.

What grip you guys rolling? Wide enough to keep the forearms vertical at the lowest point?
